Mr. Charles is the National Specialist at the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) - Grenada’s Delegation. Prior to joining IICA in 2014, he worked extensively with the Windward Islands Banana Industry, its Diversification Project and in the capacity of Technical Manager for Quality Control in the United Kingdom.
